Windows 10: Stuck at Last Step for KB5028997 while troubleshooting Windows update KB5034441 Error...

Tried to resolve Windows Update KB5034441 error 0x80070643 by following ever step to the dot from KB5028997.This at the start of the process. I had a perfectly normal machine.-Selected Disk 0, and partition 5. Deleted that partition in diskpart as instructed.-Created a new partition using the command: create partition primary id=de94bba4-06d1-4d40-a16a-bfd50179d6ac-Set gpt attributes to: gpt attributes =0x8000000000000001-Formatted the new partition: format quick fs=ntfs label=”Windows RE tools”-Confirmed that Win RE partition is created as below:-But can't re-enable reagentc by this command:

I did all the steps you said from the cmd to the troubleshooting yet nothing has worked and there is no update KB5028997 in the uninstall menu for me to uninstall so I cannot do so. What are the other methods of fixing this.
