Windows 10: Youtube notifications broken in Action Center

I'm using Windows 10 Pro Build 19041 64-bit on a i7 4770-K with 32gb of ramI use Action Center for notifications, they all respond normally when I click on them taking me to the corresponding application i.e. Facebook, Instagram, etc. except any notification from Youtube, they simply close when I click on them instead of taking me to Youtube.My settings are correct with the toggle enabled for Youtube in the notifications setup page.Any suggestions? Stop action center notifications in Windows 10

To stop action center notifications, I suggest you to follow the steps given below:

• 
  Type settings in search bar and hit
  enter.
  
• 
  Go to system.
  
• 
  Select notifications and actions.
  
• 
  Click on turn system icons on or off.
  
• 
  Turn off action center.

Let's follow these steps to disable action center:

• Click on Start, type notifications in the search box.
• In the list, select notifications & action settings.
• On the right side, click on turn system icons on or off.
• Turn off action center from there.
