Windows 10: Your PIN isnt available and blah blah blah..

I have tried every method but it kept asking me for my “password” i entered every password i used and knew and it didnt work.

To assist you properly we need to know the complete error message received and the sequence of actions you used prior to receiving error message, (sorry, blah, blah, is not an error message I am familiar with).

I started having this issue this morning; did a google search came here first.....you know the answer.....blah blah. I saw another post somewhere else stating that dropbox was causing this problem. I installed dropbox yesterday. I uninstalled it performed
a shutdown from the command line; "shutdown /s" and low and behold I no longer have the issue. Hope this helps!
