I changed password and email in my account and it demands old password that I don't remember. PC connected to WiFi.

For us to identify the next step that we need to take to resolve your issue, we would like to know if you have recently reset or changed your password online. If yes, we need to remove the stored information on your computer from the recent changes that
you have made. To do this, follow the steps below:

Note: Keep using the Local account on your computer when performing these steps. Also, you need to
create a restore point and
back up your Registry. This is to ensure that we have a backup of everything from your computer
only if we encounter some issues while performing the following instructions.

Step 1: Delete the stored information related to your Microsoft account.

• Click Start, type RegEdit in the search box. Right-click and select
  Run as administrator.
• Copy the Registry path below and paste it on the Registry Editor's address bar:
  HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\IdentityCRL\StoredIdentities
  
• Expand the StoredIdentities key, right-click the account that you're having an issue with and select
  Delete.
• Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

Step 2: Change your Microsoft account password.

We need to change your Microsoft account password to ensure that it will not conflict with the new information that will be stored on your computer. To do this, follow the steps on this article:

Step 3: Sign back in your Microsoft account.

• Click Start, type Settings in the search box, and press
  Enter.
• Under the Settings window, click Accounts.
• Under the Your Info section, click
  Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
• It will prompt you the Make it yours window which you need to add your Microsoft account. Type in your Microsoft account and the newly changed password.
• Restart your computer once more to complete the changes.
