Windows 10: Your organization has turned off automatic updates

One of our users has this message (Your organization has turned off automatic updates) displayed under the "Check for Updates" button in her settings. Where can I change this at? We use Azure AD.

A simple solution but one that works in most circumstances!

1. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc, and then click OK.

2. In the list of services, right-click Automatic Updates, and then click Properties.

3. In the Startup type list, click Automatic, and then click Apply.

4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

Automatic Updates will not turn on


Hi,
I have just installed the April update for Windows 10, and was curious why it hadn't automatically installed, as previous updates had done.
Now when I go into Settings>Updates & Security>Advanced Options, when I try to turn on Automatic Updates it turns straight back off, and will not stay on at all.
Does anyone have any suggestions, please?
