Windows 10: "your account is configured to prevent you from using this pc. please use another pc."

Discus and support "your account is configured to prevent you from using this pc. please use another pc." in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; This is the response I get when attempting to log in.     This is the response I get when attempting to log in. Even when account is removed and new one made, same response. Any ideas why repeatedly?

    How do you configure a barebone pc?

    Please list the PC you are going to buy. Configuring can mean setting up the operating system, adding extra hardware and other things.

    PC Build Steps

    Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval
    • Install system in case
      • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
    • Turn on PC
    • setup HDD
    • run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
      • run realtemp at the same time
    • While in Prime95 test
      • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
      • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
      • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!
    What do you guys think??

    Remove account


    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
