Windows 10: Yoga 530: My touch screen doesn’t work.

My touch screen doesn’t work. I have tried everything. Troubleshooting, checking HID, Lenovo vantage,resetting laptop but keeping files, removing HID touch screen drivers, EVERYTHING I contacted Lenovo who said to try a full factory reset but I don’t want to lose what’s on my computer.I checked their website for drivers but none is listed for the yoga 530.I even installed a 3rd party driver checker thing.Everything came back fine… but it clearly isn’t because no matter what I do, the touch screen still doesn’t work.

Touch Screen of my LENOVO YOGA 530-7N is stopped working.

Hi There,

I wonder if anyone could help me to fix the touch screen of my Lenovo Yoga 530-7N as its completely stopped working.

I bought it in November last year 2018 and since then it was working fine but suddenly the touch screen stopped responding and didn't work on Tablet and PC mode.

Is this problem is common with touch screen pads?

How to fix it? as I really need to get fix due to the nature of my work.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Touch screen not working on Windows 10

My Yoga 13 touch screen doesn't work either after latest update. Was working on August 29th. System info shows it has no pen or touch screen device.

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
