Windows 10: XQD Card issues

My computer will not open a XQD card. The computer will recognize an SD card in the same reader but not an XQD card. If checked using the camera, there is data on the XQD card

Windows 11 Home does not detect my CF Express Type B/XQD card reader and card.

It seems like there might be compatibility issues between your CF Express Type B/XQD card and the card reader with Windows 11 Home.

Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Check Device Manager: Open Device Manager and see if the CF Express card reader is listed under the Disk Drives or Universal Serial Bus controllers section. If it's listed with a yellow exclamation mark, there might be a driver issue.
   
2. Update Drivers: Right-click on the CF Express card reader in Device Manager and select "Update driver." Choose the option to search automatically for updated driver software. If Windows finds a newer driver, let it install and then restart your computer.
   
3. Try a Different Port: If your card reader is connected via USB, try using a different USB port on your computer. Sometimes, certain ports may not provide enough power or have other issues that prevent devices from functioning properly.
   
4. Test on Another Computer: If possible, try using the CF Express card and card reader on another computer to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is with the card or the reader.
   
5. Check Manufacturer's Website: Visit the website of the card reader's manufacturer to see if they provide any updated drivers or firmware specifically for Windows 11 compatibility.

The Lexar Professional Workflow XR2 (XQD 2.0 USB 3.0 reader) is compatible with both the Professional Workflow HR2 (Thunderbolt 2/USB 3.0 reader and storage drive hub) and Professional Workflow HR1 (USB 3.0 reader and storage drive hub).
