Windows 10: Xbox game bar alt tabs me in games running full screen and says it is not compatible with...

Title says it all really. When I open the game bar in a game with windows + G, the game minimises and I get a message within the game bar saying not compatible with current game settings. When I also try to watch previously recorded clips within the game bar, they seem extremely laggy, however, when I watch the same clips from my captures folder, the videos run fine? Can someone please explain what the issue is and a possible fix? Thanks

XBOX game bar in full screen games brightness bug fix

Hello everyone i just find a bug with xbox in game bar once with aniversary update, if you ALT+TAB a game and you go back in game you will have dark brightness and if swithch back to desktop you will have a high value of brightness. To fix that press WIN+G
to open xbox game bar and click on setting icon and uncheck ''show game bar in full screen games checked by microsoft'' and then just restart game.

my xbox game bar doesnt detect my microphone, when i press it, it says that my privacy settings prevent it from accessing microphone, but then, when i click on the "show my how to fix this" button it takes me to a list on settings, but, xbox game bar doesnt
seem to be on this list

• What were the recent changes made on your computer before you experienced this issue?
• When did the issue start?

• Have you pressed the alt-tab key during you play Rainbow Six Siege? Or it just happen without pressing it?
  
• Does the automatic ALT-TAB behavior happens on other games?
• Do you have any other programs running on your computer while playing?
• What is the anti-virus program you're using?

• What is your device or system specifications? To know, follow these steps:
  1. Press Windows + S and type
     About your PC.
  2. Send us the information listed under Device specifications.
  
  

Moving forward, if you're multitasking while playing, we recommend that you play this game only without doing other tasks. Pressing ALT-TAB or performing a multitasking interferes with the performance of your video card, especially if you're running a heavy
game like Rainbow Six Siege. It will generate screen viewing issues like intermittently switching your game screen between your desktop environment.

For now, restart your game and do not press ALT+TAB while playing. This will allow your video card to dedicate its graphics performance on the game only instead of your desktop environment.
