Windows 10: Xbox App Stuck on "Looks like you're stranded..."

Hi!Last night I was playing games through the Xbox app with no issue. However this morning when I tried updating and restarting my Xbox app I was presented with the screen that says "Looks like you're stranded.... The app isn't responding. You might want to try restarting it." I have tried a few fixes which I will list below, that have not provided me with a solution - Uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox app through the Microsoft store and through the website download - Using the GamingRepairTool but being presented with "Completed with failure 0x8000ffff"- Using Windows Powershell as adm

I guess not need for step 2 as I won't run it as .ps1 script.

I tried the command, but the game is still stuck in the Xbox app, keep in mind that the game is not listed in Windows apps.

We appreciate your response and cooperation regarding this matter. Based on your reply, it appears that you need to enable the Xbox services to ensure that the app is up and running. You may follow the steps below to enable Xbox Live services:

• Press the Start button and type Services on the search box.
• On the list of services, look for Xbox Live Auth Manager,
  Xbox Live Game Save, and Xbox Live Networking Service.

The next steps should be done to the three mentioned services above:

• Right click on the service and select Properties.
• Set the Startup type to Automatic. If the service isn't started, click
  Start.
• Save the changes.
• Launch the Xbox App and sign in to your account again.

problem with Xbox app Win10

• Hello, i have a problem with Xbox App on Windows 10 Home Edition. The XBOX application isn't loading. Firstly it showed the error 0x409 0x80131509, then I reset the application settings . I followed the instruction steps. Looks like that didn't help. When
  I launch the XBOX application or a game that requires connection to the XBOX services, I have an infinite loading logo. In the properties of the XBOX network, i have NAT error, that couldn't resolve by built-in helper.
