Windows 10: Wrong password during import pfx certificateon windows(10, 2016)

I try import *.pfx certificate and I receive error about "Wrong Password". The error only appears on some systems.

I test this on few Windows 10 and one Windows 2016

• Windows 10 (did not work): build 10.0.16299.0
• Windows 10 (did not work): build 10.0.14393.0
• Windows 10 (works): build 10.0.17134.0
• Windows 2016 (did not work).

I also try import pfx with powershell but in this case also receive error:

$mypwd = ConvertTo-SecureString -String "some-password" -Force –AsPlainText
Import-PfxCertificate –FilePath C:\tmp\Client.pfx cert:\localMachine\my -Password $mypwd

Import-PfxCertificate : The PFX file you are trying to import requires either a different password or membership in an Active Directory principal to which it is protected.

How to install *.pfx file to my HTC Windows Phone 8

Hi, when I set up company exchange mail on Nokia Lumia 520 (Windows Phone 8) I can import the *.pfx and *.cer by doing these steps :

1. make sure you have running e-mail account in your phone

2. send the pfx and cer file as attachments into your phone's e-mail address.

3. on the phone, open the e-mail , open the attachment, install the pfx and cer file.
