Windows 10: would redownloading my windows change the hwid?

hello, I recently got HWID banned from my game and decided that I wont need it anymore. Im trying to sell my pc to another person, but I am worried that since I was HWID banned, they would be banned too. So my question is, would reinstalling windows change the HWID for the pc?

i used a spoofer and it changed the hwid is there any way to change or reset the hwid again?

And if I use the spoofer again, will I change the hwid again?

Changing HWID

Just had a quick question, while reseting my Windows fully, would pressing ,,Remove files and clean the drive'' change my HWID?

 

HWID changed after Win10 reset

I recently reset my Win10 whilst retained the personal folders and files.

Subsequently I found one programme cannot function quoting HWID difference.

I used 'gethwid' to check then found that HWID indeed changed.

However I didn't change any hardwares and merely reset Win10 itself. Is it normal that HWID got changed under this circumstance?

Am I able to restore my previous HWID?
