Windows 10: Word Files Not Displaying & PDF Preview Too Small in Windows Explorer

Dear Microsoft Support,I am experiencing an issue where Word documents .doc and .docx do not show content in the Preview Pane of Windows Explorer. However, image files preview correctly.Additionally, when previewing PDF files, the content appears extremely small, making it unreadable, even though the Preview Pane has enough space to display a larger preview.I have already tried the following solutions:Ensuring the Preview Pane is enabled in File Explorer.Checking that "Show preview handlers in preview pane" is enabled in Folder Options.Verifying that Microsoft Word is properly installed and

I have been using "preview pane" in file explorer forever. However, for some unknown reason, the preview pane for pdf files have become very small, to the point where the pdf file preview pane is too small and unreadable. preview pane for all other files
appears to be ok (large enough as before). this is only affecting pdf files.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe reader.

I am looking for suggestions to get back to where the preview pane of pdf files is as large as before

thanks for suggestion. i tried both, but neither worked. even with using Edge as pdf reader, and resetting and restarting, pdf previews in explorer, regardless of which default pdf viewer used, resulted in very small window in preview pane.

 

In explorer Preview pane does not display excel & word documents, PDF files are visible in the pane.
