Windows 10: Winget app installation fails because of missing installer

it doesn't happen with every single app, but for some... mostly MSI installers... I'm running ```winget update --all``` as administrator, some apps are updated, but when getting to some dotNet installations and some other apps with MSI installers, the installation fails because it can't find the MSI package... as yopu can see here all of these installations failed, all of them showed this:when "browsing" on the folder that it was trying to use, nothing was there... the folders are empty, there's no MSI package there, not even 1 file,,,is this a winget thing?

I need a script to SILENTLY install winget

That command works for installing apps from winget. What I wanna know is how to install Winget itself silently, not the apps. The basic need of this script is to run a script on a complete default Windows installation and the script install winget to the latest version, install some apps that I need, than verify for updates from microsoft, installs all available updates, restart if needed, and that's it. I could find all the steps, except for installing winget itself silently. Always prompt a interface to click update and I need to do it silently.

That DOES install winget. I tried it on Windows 11. I guess it upgrades winget since it is already included in Win 11. Maybe it's not included in Win 10, so my apologies.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
