Windows 10: Windows11 keep screen dimming just a second of inactivity

Dear, I just upgrade from Windows10 to Windows11. The process went perfectly and overall I satisfy with Windows11.Anyway, one problem that cannot be solve is the screen of my laptop keep dimming just a second of inactivity.Also the system put itself to sleep mode. I tried many methods and still fail, which include1. Change brightness bases on content --> Off2. Night light --> Off3. Change setting in Power option to prevent system going to standby4. Stop power option in intel graphic apps.5. Windows update --> No update found6. Troubleshooter --> No "power" troubleshooter found

Screen turns dim after 40 seconds, goes black a minute after that. Dell Laptop running Windows 10.

After approximately 40 seconds of inactivity, my laptop’s screen will go dim, and then one minute after dimming the screen will turn off becoming black. However, if I touch the keyboard or touchpad before the screen turns off, the screen will lighten back up to its original brightness. Interestingly, when watching a video on a platform such as YouTube, the screen will not dim after 40 seconds of inactivity.

I have turned off adaptive brightness, set the screen and sleep timer to “never,” and edited the power plan. None of these fixes have worked.

My laptop is a Dell Latitude 5320, running Windows 10 Pro edition, version 22H2. If I am missing any important information, please ask for it.

screen dimming too fast

the screen dims like after 10 seconds of inactivity, and eventually goes dark after about 5 minutes. Where do I find the setting to regulate this?

 

Screen dimming after 20 seconds

This just started today, but my laptop screen dims every 20 seconds if I'm not doing anything. Doesn't matter if I'm gaming, watching a video or whatever, if there's no mouse movement or key strokes, the screen dims from it's highest to lowest setting without fail.

I've tried adjusting the power options, ensured that 'turn off display' and 'sleep' are set to 'never' for all settings, confirmed my drivers on my GPU are up to date, ran all Windows updates, checked the registry and confirmed that the brightness settings are set to %100... I'm at a complete loss as to why this is happening. What's even more strange is that nothing, that I'm aware of, updated today or yesterday, but the issue began as soon as I started my laptop this morning...

If anyone has any ideas or suggestions on how to stop this, I'd love to hear them.
