Windows 10: Windows won't let me activate with my CD key

I had an old computer with windows 10. I did not have an OEM copy of windows. Listed when I checked it said, "Installed from 'Full Packaged Product' media." But, I got a notice recently that Windows 10 support was ending and my computer was too old to upgrade.So, I bought a new computer and now Windows won't let me activate and it's giving me error code 0x803FA067. I tried to get Microsoft to contact me via phone, but they called me back at midnight my time so I was asleep. Other types of customer support seem to not exist. I'm currently on 2 hour hold with Microsoft, I don't even know if this

Borderlands cd key on g2play

Its not on the Valve Retal CD key list so it cant be activated that way.

As for CD-Key sites, Alot tend to host a bit-torrent file for you to download after you buy, or you have to email them. Or some people choose to download it from alternate sources *cough*

Remember though this is a gray area.

I confirmed this, although it listed a different product key than the one given for my copy of XP. 0.o

 

My CD ROM can´t read any CDs or DVDs

I wanted to use my CD ROM after a long time, and then after many attempts with other CDs/DVDs, all I can say is that my CD ROM won´t read anything.

I tried solutions online, like using regedit and search for UpperFilters and LowerFilters, but I don´t have them, but it still won´t read anything. I have Windows 7 Home Premium, can anyone help me?
