Windows 10: Windows won’t boot keeps loading the repair page and keeps saying password is incorrect.

After a new windows 10 update I found that my pc stopped being able to turn off and just popped back online. I decided to force shut down and now when I turn my pc on windows won’t boot. I can’t reset as it says my password is incorrect but I know it is not I’ve tried old passwords too. Unsure of what to do as I’ve been looking up what to do for 3 hours and none of the solutions have helped as some require my password which it just keeps telling me that it is incorrect … if possible I would like to keep all the files on my pc. It did however allow me to use the repair windows but it just pop

Trying to use windows start up repair but keeps saying my password is incorrect

Good day.

Today I tried to log into windows on my pc. It just loads up to a black screen. I've reset my pc a few times to enable start up repair. When entering my Microsoft password on the start up repair page it says my password is incorrect. I've logged into my Microsoft account on my mobile to change the password, but still says the password I'm using on the start up repair is incorrect.

Any help please

Startup Repair Incorrect Password

I have a problem with starting up my pc. It shows something happened and pin is not available. I have followed many videos and most of them lead me to the startup repair page but when I click it, it asks me the password for my account and even though I type in the right one it says it is incorrect. I even changed he password from another device and typed in again but it still says it is incorrect. I also tried to restore it both with and without keeping files but the same problem occurs. If there is any way I could factory reset or fix my pin or password problem without having to enter my password, please tell.
