    Windows update keeps failing, even after clean install.


    A few days ago, my laptop updated, but then failed to load windows. It cycled twice with a message saying failed to and windows was collecting some details. The third time it took me to a recovery menu. None of the the repair or rollback options worked. In order to use a restore point, it said I needed to enable User Account Control. But I couldn't get into windows to do that. Using another machine, I downloaded a clean install onto a USB. I thought that worked Ok. But I've come to use the laptop today. Upon power on, it reboots 4 times, not even getting to a windows screen. Then eventually co
