Windows 10: Windows Update failure for January 2024

Since Microsoft is aware of the issues with this newest round of updates, for Windows 10 O/S my desktop computer still searching for updates and I'm wondering how or what will happen when these updates have received the patch to correct the issue will my computer be able to download and install
