Windows 10: [Windows Update Failed: Error 0x8007001e] 2025-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version...

Hello,My PC is having trouble with the latest KB5049981 update 2025-01. After downloading and installing the update, I restart my PC but then I get to a screen that says the update couldn't be completed / undoing changes. This happens several times of attempting to re-download and re-install the update. It gives me an error code "0x8007001e" but I believe that seems to be a general error code.I have enough space on my C: drive, and I also performed a disk cleanup just in case. But I still can't get the update to install.After searching online for results, it seems like this issue may be depe

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Maybe try with the Windows update mini-tool, found here http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/t...dows-10-automatic-updates-and-spyware.218745/ , thanks to Mussels. it installed perfectly for me last night.
