Windows 10: Windows update error encountered 0x8007000d KB5048652

My device is currently missing security and quality fixes. I was about to update my device with the quality update of latest 2025 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5048652. As soon as the installation is at 100%, it fails with a message, "Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: 0x8007000d." The error code is 0x8007000d. I tried fixes such as using the troubleshooter, the sfc /scannow command, and the DISM command, windows hide program and I found no errors or corruption and have done all t

I get this while trying to update Windows 10. Error code: (0x8007000d). I have watched Youtube videos and Googled this error code. I have tried all the suggested fixes to no avail. If I use (reset this pc) will that correct the error?
