Windows 10: Windows Update Error 0x80240031

I tried installing the latest update KB5019275 on Windows 10, version 22H2, and I keep encountering an error.

Can't upgrade to 14295: Error 0x80240031

I did a repair on the Visual C level 12 (both x86 and 84), stopped the multiple installs, but did not fix the build 14295 install. Found this suggestion to stop the multiple installs via google search.

Searched more and found the following
http://www.howto-connect.com/0x80240031-error-in-windows-10-14279/ and downloaded the script mentioned, modified it to include 14279, ran the steps, rebooted, and Buiild 14295 installed without error. the steps did more cleanup that I knew about and the
more cleanup allowed the update to 14295 to happen. Note: the script did not run as 14279 was not one of the versions tested for in the script.

During the new download of 14295, my Ethernet connection switched to a wireless connection and hung at 23%. I did a restart and re-entered windows update and the download continued and then installed successfully.

Any help you can give on the Broadcom NETLINK gigabit Ethernet issue would be appreciated.
