Error: "We're having trouble restarting to finish the install. This error code might help: (0x80070032)" on Windows 10

I can't restart my PC for installing the Windows update (Operating system - Windows 10).

It shows - "We're having trouble restarting to finish the install. Try again in a little while. If you keep seeing this, try searching the web or contacting support for help. This error code might help: (0x80070032)"

I get different answers when I searched for help. Nothing works.

Windows is having trouble restarting to finish the installation:

1. Security Update for Microsoft Office 2013 (KB3101360) 32-bit edition

2. Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3105213)

The error code 0x80070032

I have this problem for over a week. Any advice?

Im getting the following message when pressing the restart button on the update page: "We're having trouble restarting to finish the install. Try again in a little while. If you keep seeing this, try searching the web or contacting support for help.

status: Awaiting restart.

I've tried installing the update via. that program you guys tell people to download (cant remember its name)

I've tried uninstalling it (it never gets fully installed anyway due to this error) and then installing it (without success again) via the settings->windows update feature.

I have checked my registry for flaws and errors

I have run the troubleshooter and it fixed some alleged errors with the update database(?)

I have tried waiting for a couple of days with the pc on incase any changes were still being made

I have uninstalled any antivirus software, disabled all startup programs

I have tried in safemode

I have set HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Schedule -> start to 2

I have tried to manually restart and shutdown / turn on my pc

Tried resetting all my settings (reset windows) only to get an error without any detail to it, simply "Windows was unable to reset please return to b blablabla."

I have used the DISM.exe/Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth cmd command

I have used the sfc/scannow cmd command

None of these were done or listed in any particular order.

SO WHAT DO I DO NOW? Please dont tell me i have to restart my pc cos il literally lose like 1tb of sh*t i need. And obviously resetting windows isnt an option since it leads to failure immedietly
