Windows 10: Windows update download error 0x80244018

Hi, my windows update KB4023057 can't be downloaded. It had show this error "Download error - 0x80244018". Any idea with this issue?

KB4023057 install error 0x8024001e

Error encountered 0x80244018 retry is what I came back to after running the update for several hours.

I tried the retry and it is back to 1% downloaded. I can leave it run again and follow the steps you listed if it doesn't work.
