Hi all,I'm not a techy person but I'm really at my wit's end with this problem. I would appreciate any help you can offer.I have an HP x360, model number 13-s138ca that I recently updated. Old as heck, I know I upgraded the RAM to make it run faster as it does everything I need and I don't feel the need to upgrade. This laptop meets all my needs. After I updated my laptop I did a big overdue update. Everything is working amazingly and flying through software. EXCEPT for my Bluetooth connection, and ONLY for my speakers/headphones. When I connect any of my listening devices, the audio is chopp

    Bluetooth speaker not playing

    Hello Tanya,

Your Bluetooth speaker might be paired with your PC but not connected. You can try the following steps to manually connect it:

    • Make sure your Bluetooth speaker is turned on.
    • On the far right of the Windows taskbar, press and hold (right-click)
      Volume
, and then select Playback devices.
    • On the Playback tab, select the Bluetooth speaker, press and hold (or right-click) it, and then select
      Connect.
    • Select your Bluetooth speaker, and then select Set default. Music should play on your Bluetooth speaker now.

Let us know if performing the steps makes any difference.
