Windows 10: Windows update and microsoft store problem

I have a dual xeon workstation loaded with windows 10All were good and working. But the last 7 months I've occasionally tried to fix this problem i keep gettingMicrosoft store doesn't download xbox game bar press download and it gives an error, after several retries it just says downloading, but i can see in the task manager its not using any network i can scroll around and see other apps and games but theres a few it just refuses to download and install properlyWindows update gives out various errors as well, when trying to update to 22h2My knowledge on these things isn't that bad, but i ca

Microsoft signals end of Paint program

Microsoft has confirmed that it will continue to offer its graphics program Paint.

In a recent update, it had listed Paint as a feature that would be either removed or no longer developed.

Paint, renowned for its simplicity, has been part of the Windows operating system since its launch in 1985.

Microsoft suggested it would not remain on Windows 10 by default but did say it would be available for free on the Windows Store.

Do let us know the exact issue you are facing in accessing the Windows Store?

Have you tried to reset the Windows Store as stated in the above response?

If the issue still persists after deploying the above troubleshooting steps, try the below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter
and check.

1. Press
Windows + X keys from the keyboard, click on Control Panel.

2. In the
Control Panel window, select Category and then select
Large icons.

3. Click on
Troubleshooting.

4. Click
View all and then click Windows Store Apps.

5. Click
Next and follow on-screen instructions.

Step 2: I suggest you to install all the pending updates on your device.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

Microsoft Store update problem

I have done all the steps that you have suggested in your comments,and in the store my aforementioned Apps are still saying they need updating.

But now i have have the Apps Store Experience Host & Microsoft Store that are stuck at 95% installation.As ever suggestions on how to fix my problem would be greatly appreciated.
