Windows 10: Windows update and Microsoft Store doesn’t work anymore

Not sure what happened but it started happening after I got a virus that takes info but i took care of that already but the aftermath is that lots of windows related apps that are already on my pc aren't working anymore like the Microsoft store doesn't let me download anything and keeps saying “something happened on our end” and windows update doesn’t load at all but after like 30 minutes it gives an error can anyone please help me with this?

Scanner doesn´t work anymore after last Windows 10 update

As many people on the internet already are discussing, their scanner doesn´t work anymore after the last Windows update. But there seem to be no solution.

My Scanner starts making noises, as usual, and then i get error messages: "Communication with the scanner is not possible"

Is there a workaround for that?

Re-install the TWAIN drivers? (They are not included in Windows.)

You might get a better answer if you gave the make and model of the scanner.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
