Windows 10: Windows Store does not open

Hello, pretty recently I decided to get a couple apps through the Windows Store, but when I tried to open it, it would flash onto my screen for a split second then disappear. I'm not sure when or how this started, since I haven't touched the Windows Store in at least a year. My current Windows version is Windows 10 Home 1909. In Event Viewer, every time I try to open the store I get these two errors:


Unable to start a DCOM Server: Microsoft.WindowsStore_11811.1001.18.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe!App as Unavailable/Unavailable. The error:
"2147942402"
Happened while starting this command:
"C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.WindowsStore_11811.1001.18.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\WinStore.App.exe" -ServerName:App.AppXc75wvwned5vhz4xyxxecvgdjhdkgsdza.mca

Both with Event ID 10001. I also get "Application popup: WinStore.App.exe - System Error : The code execution cannot proceed because SharedLibrary.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." and one for "mrt100_app.dll" when I try to run the store's exe file. Additionally, I've already tried the following solutions to no avail:

-using WSreset.exe (just tells me that Windows cannot find 'ms-windows-storeurgeCaches)

-running the troubleshooter, SFC, and DISM (all say no issues were found)

-uninstalling and reinstalling through PowerShell

-clearing LocalCache

-creating a new user and trying to access store through that (just says that it needs an app to open the store)

-downloading a new WindowsApps folder from a friend's computer and registering them through PowerShell

-reinstalling Windows through an ISO file

-trying to run Windows Store with my anti virus and firewall disabled


At this point, I'm stumped. A couple other details worth noting, though:

-when I look at the store through the apps list, app, data, and total usage are all at 0 bytes, even through the Windows Store folder in WindowsApps is 48.6MB (and AppxManifest.xml still exists)

-if I try to open a picture through Open with, at least 3 results show up as TWINUI, so I don't think this issue is with the store only (but the store is the only thing I really care about restoring)


If anyone has any other solutions, please let me know. I've pretty much exhausted the book with Google searches and talking with a friend who's a little better than I am at fixing stuff like this.

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

Windows 10 Store opens for no reason by it's self.

To resolve the issue with your Windows Store, we suggest that you reset it by following the steps listed:

• Press Windows Key + R to open Run.
• Type wsreset.exe, and click OK.

It will show a command prompt window which is blank, but it is clearing the cache. Just wait for the Store to close and open automatically.

Follow the below steps:

  Select Windows store Apps.

  Follow the on screen instruction.
  

If the issue persists, I suggest you to reset the Windows Store and check if it helps.
