Windows 10: Windows Stop Code.

My damn computer is getting a blue screen occasionally saying that it has an error and has to turn off. On the blue screen it tells me to go to windows stop screen. When I go there it says there is no such website. I need help. Thanks..

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
