Windows 10: Windows Spotlight Option not Appearing in Windows 10

Recently, I had seen Windows Spotlight as desktop background in one of my friend's laptop, who had it on Windows 10. I loved the feature, and wanted to have it on my PC as well. But, when I researched for it in my PC, then the option literally didn't appear.How can I get it? Is it related to any particular Windows 10 OS Build? Or is it 3rd Party Software?
