Windows 10: Window's setting application crashes when trying to open anything privacy related to...

Hello, my computer recently crashed and had to reset on me, upon coming back up my microphone input had stop working for like talking to people online, but the audio going into my headset still worked. I've tried multiple threads in regards of fixing this issue where other people are trying to go into the Microphone Privacy Settings but every time I try to get into that section the Settings Application crashes and the window closes.I've looked at this thread here https://www.tenforums.com/general-support/210678-privacy-settings-wont-open.html as it was the closest one in regards to my

• Yes, both are working properly before.
• Yes, i'm logged in as administrator.
• No app can use camera or microphone. All apps said to allow in the privacy setting.

And i can't really solve using the adjustment on privacy setting. 'cause as i've said before, everytime i open camera or microphone setting in privacy, the window crashes everytime.

as for the troubleshooting, it couldn't identify the problem.

 

Privacy Settings won't open

I'm on Windows 10 Pro, version 10.0 Build 19045.3930, and when I try to open Privacy Settings, the window just pops up and then closes immediately before it even gets past the solid blue (with a gear icon in the middle), so I cannot access it. It used to work fine, but I haven't needed to access it in many months. All the other Settings open and work as they should. Does anyone have any suggestions about how to fix this? Thank you!
