Windows 10: Windows service stopping after restart

So there is a service called "TabletInputService" This service needs to be running to use windows search, type passwords for network, etc basically anything in windows itself that takes an input aside from apps i will start up my computer and want to search for a file or a setting but as i type nothing will come up. I go into the service viewer and find that the tabletinputservice has stopped and has been set to only start manually, so i will start it and then set it to start automatically. After a shutdown and startup the service will stay started as normal. But the moment i do a restart it

  Command Prompt as Administrator
  
• 
  Stop
  BITS, Cryptographic, MSI Installer and Windows Update Services. To do this,

    Net stop wuauserv
    
  • 
    Net stop cryptSvc
    
  • 
    Net stop bits
    
  • 
    Net stop msiserver
    
• 
  Rename
  SoftwareDistribution
  and
  Catroot2
  folder. To do this, type the following commands:

    Ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
    
  • 
    Ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old
    
• 
  Restart
  BITS, Cryptographic, MSI Installer and Windows Update Services. To do this,
  type the following command:

    Net start wuauserv
    
  • 
    Net start cryptSvc
    
  • 
    Net start bits
    
  • 
    Net start msiserver
    
• 
  Restart
  your computer and try to
  install Windows Update.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Printing stopped with November upgrade

Hey Prestonpdx,

I would suggest you check if the print spooler is running. Start/Stop print spooler service. Follow the steps below.

• 
  Press Windows key + R, type services.msc
  and press Enter.
  
• 
  From the list, locate Print Spooler service.
  
• 
  Double click on the service and select Stop.
  
• 
  Restart the computer, repeat step 1&2.
  
• 
  Double click on the service and check if the service is started.
