Windows Security Won't Open - "SecurityHealthSystray.exe - Bad Image" On Startups

Been having this "SecurityHealthSystray.exe - Bad Image" pop up on Every Startup after a windows update back in like August 2023. My windows security will no longer open as well. I have updated my windows since then and tried various remedies I have seen regarding the topic like resetting and trying to re download it, but I couldn't fix it. My screenshot upload on this post is failing, so I'll type what the error says here: "\\?\C:\\Windows\System32\SecurityHelath\1.0.2306.10002-0\SecurityHealthSSO.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains and error. 3. windows security not opening

Your device is infected. Step 1 removes the infection and Step 2 fixes Defender.

    Step 1:

    • Download fixlist.txt
    • Make sure FRST64.exe and FixList.txt are in the same folder.
    • Launch FRST64.exe and click "Fix".
    • Upload the output log file (FixLog.txt) to your OneDrive.
    Step 2:

Please complete the steps listed under the section "Step 2: Repair/Restore the Windows Defender Service" in this article. Note: you need to import the REG file using TrustedInstaller privileges, as described in the article.

    Restart Windows.
