Windows 10: Windows Security Is Missing After Installing Crack Program

Hello everyone, my name is Syahrul and i have a problem with windows security, the windows security is missing after installing a crack program game from "Apunkagames". Then i search many solution and it wasn't work , so my final step is to reset factory the windows but when i click the "Reset PC" option it show no response , just loading circle and no response. How do i fix this problem :

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

The issue might be due to corrupt/missing installation files of the program. Please provide the below information to understand the issue in a better way.

1. Since when are you facing this issue?
   
2. How are you installing the program?
   
3. Which program you are trying to install?
   

Since you have already tried some steps to resolve the issue, but you were unable to fix it. Please let me know the steps which you have tried, so that I will not provide the same suggestions again.
