Windows 10: Windows Security can't change settings.

Why can't i turn my real-time protection on and other settings in windows security? You cannot click on it at all to turn it on or off. Last time i can't open Windows Security at all so I factory Reseted my laptop then it became like this. I tried to reset Windows Security already but still no changes at all.

Windows 8.1 update changed the language, can't change back

Maybe, these will help... it seems it is a common enough problem.

Language packs are no longer available after you upgrade to Windows 8.1

Change your Windows display language

• Tap or click Set as primary to move the language to the top of the list. If the language can become your Windows display language, you'll see Will be display language after next sign-in appear under the language.
• Sign out and then sign back in to finish.

• Go to control panel then click on the Power Options.
• Click on the change plan settings.
• Select change advanced power settings.
• Change settings that are currently unavailable
• Go to require a password on wakeup and select ‘No’
