Windows 10: Windows security- black screen after opening then it closes

I am using a translator. Sorry for any grammatical errorsSo I'll start from the beginning. I have other antiviruses besides Windows Defender. My system is Windows11 Home. And I am the only administrator.Today I wanted to scan my computer with Windows Defender, the scan was completed but after clicking on the notification I got the information:I've seen a lot of topics about this. Windows 10 Black screen, Start screen, Critical Low Battery

I would suggest you try the power troubleshooter if you are able to boot into the system.

Follow the steps below.

• Press Windows key + W and type Troubleshooting.
• Select Troubleshooting and click on System and Security.
• Click on Power and follow the onscreen steps.

distinguishing Windows version / build and black screen

Three users tried.

These are the current problems:

black screen with
Personal Settings (not responding) > when clicked >Windows explorer pop up displaying;

Windows explorer is not responding
If you close the program, you might lose information

when closed there is a black screen

win + control + shift + b > makes sound and mouse flickers > screen remains black



Was able to get into safe mode with black screen but did not find a method to open device manager

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.
