Windows 10: Windows security actions recommended only when logged in as standard user

When I log in as standard user on Windows 11 24H2, Windows security notifies me "Actions recommended".But when I logg in with administrator account Windows Security looks fine.When I boot Windows 10 on the same laptop Windows Security always looks OK no matter what kind of Windows account I log in to.I ran the troubleshooter: Automatically fix Windows security issues and the only issue found was something about phishing protection which the troubleshooter activated. But my issue with Actions recommended logged in as standard user in Windows 11 remains.All updates from Microsoft even optional

What does it mean when windows security app tray has recommended actions and there are no actions needed. Windows Security

Windows Defender, Actions recommended

For two days now I've had the actions recommended on windows defender highlighted. Everything is green in the security details, and I am given no suggestions on what to do to get rid of it. What do I do?

hi All,

Windows Defender shows actions recommended but no actions listed when I click it, it shows a exclamation mark inside yellow triangle, but security dashboard is all green. Not sure why Windows defender keeps showing yellow exclamation when there is nothing
to worry about regarding security.

Any help to identify the issue appreciated, or if someone confirms it's a bug then happy to ignore it till its fixed.
