    Hello - I recently installed Windows 11 on my new PC and facing issues with windows Secure System. Its is taking up more than 50% of my RAM and slowing down the whole system. After the restart, it is normal and under 1%, but starting taking up memory after few hours of usage. It does not even go down if i launch any other applications. It is a memory leak or something else? I have not installed any other Anti virus or bloatware, apart from the necessary drivers. System is 2 days old. I am unable to find any answers. Initially there was a program called MsMpEng.exe taking up RAM, but not its Se

  2. "System and compressed memory" eating my cpu and ram !

    Hello everybody

    I have Asus G75vx and win10 . I noticed that "System and compressed memory" is eating my cpu and ram. i searched in the forum with the similar subject and some of them suggested to disable hibernation . nut for me is always disable and i never use hibernation.

    is there any solution for this disaster problem ?

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    I suggest you to check if there are any updates pending and install the same.

    Follow the steps:


    • Press Windows logo key +R, enter ms-settings: and then press
      OK. This opens Settings.

    • In Settings, go to Update & security >
      Windows Update
      , and then select Check for updates. Install any available updates and restart your PC if required.

    Hello World.!

    seems it's a known issue of system eating extra RAM

    I'm on windows 10 enterprise version with 8 GB DDR3

    Everything is updated.

    -tried sfc/scanow

    -Ran windows defender offline test

    -Disabled the startup impacts

    - Nothing is running

    -Installed windows few times

    -Made an iso of win10 with windows media creator and reinstalled again.

    -Removed all apps with high potential risk

    -Tried all fixes that are suggested in windows community and youtube.

    Anyone here Windows Secure System Eating up RAM :(
