Windows 10: Windows secuirity shows " potentially unwanted apps found" but no action has been taken

I am trying to delete PUA by clicking over the notification but I can't delete it manually, because after clicking on the notification no option comes to my PC. what should I do?

Potentially Unwanted App Found (Not)

Yesterday, I got a notification for a Potentially Unwanted App Found. I briefly went through the steps to find the app, but I got nowhere. Today, I received another notification so I took the time to research the entire paradigm for discovering the app. I opened Windows Security from the notification. I next went to App and Browser Control. However, there is no [Review] box under Reputation-based Protection. (All the settings in this section are set to Default). There must be something that is activating the notification, but nothing is showing up either on Microsoft or Malware Fighter. Any assistance would be appreciated as this is already becoming annoying. I am running Version 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1826).

I did a scan on my hp computer, found a potential unwanted app. now in the taskbar over the windows security shield their is a yellow triangle and i click on shield and it says (windows security action recommend}. i click on shield and it takes me to protection history and shows me the potential unwanted app, but i can,t remove it from my computer. any help would be appriecatied

 

Potentially unwanted apps will now be blocked by default in Windows
