Windows 10: windows search bar is not working and apps on my task bar wont open i ahve to open it...

i have tried everything to troubleshooting through Windows and resting window explore through task manager

windows search bar task bar and menu wont work

I need help the taskbar search bar and menu wont work so i basically cant do anything even the windows key + r dont work already tried restarting windows explorer and ending its task on task manager but it just didnt work

i can open the apps but i cant interact with my internet or change the time on my computer basically all the side buttons are broken too

 

Windows 11 Task Bar Setting To Open App via Task Bar and Open App on Screen that I clicked Open in the Task Bar

I have three monitors and have set the task bar to appear on all three monitors. I want to set the task bar up so that if I click on a shortcut saved in the task bar on a certain monitor that the app will open on the monitor that I clicked the task bar... Not on where the app was last opened or is currently opened. Specifically I am looking for a browser to open on that screen even though it is already opened in another occurrence on another screen. This would be edge, firefox and chrome.

 

Icons not displaying in search bar and apps wont load from search bar

Some of my apps are not showing their icons in the search bar also some apps wont open from the search bar, i cant seem to figure out if this is all the same problem or two different problems i would really like my apps to open from the search bar
