Windows 10: windows script host loading your settings failed access is denied

i keep getting this error and i tried using many online solutions none of them worked, i am on windows 10 can anyone help?

Hi i've looked online but can't find an answer to this i have a popup on startup and it just doesn't stop popping up. the message is ' Execution of the windows script host failed {access is denied} i've run virus scans and altered the registry changing the vbs file as described online but to no avail. anyone had the same message i've seen online 'disabled ' but not access denied

Loading script "C:\Windows\System32\StartupCheck.vbs". failed (Access is denied.). Whenever I turn on my computer this msg pop ups. Help plss!

Error message-

failed (Access is denied.).

I already scanned my whole computer no threats where found.

Pls help me to resolve my problem
