Windows 10: Windows Script Host error every time I start up my laptop.

I get a popup of WSH error every time I start my laptop with an error code 80070002. And the mentioned directory is c\users\shaik\AppData\Local\Updates\Run.vbs. But I did not find the folder AppData. Is there any way to fix this?

Windows Script Host, I can't fix it.

So I have been seeing Windows Script Host error popping many times since I got this laptop, saying it is disabled. Well I have no idea what it was but then I just tried steps shown by Fix Windows Script Host access is disabled on this machine
but the error still pops up everyday. What should I do now?
