Windows 10: Windows Restarts only when I play minecraft bedrock edition

Hi,I'm currently on windows 11 and have been having an issue with Minecraft bedrock edition. I updated Minecraft to the latest version 1.19.51 and downloaded the Minecraft launcher which they prompted me to download to play the games. However, once I went to play I noticed that windows would restart upon launching Minecraft, or after around 5 minutes it would restart windows as well. I never had this issue before updating and downloading Minecraft and its launcher, and I'm having no issue in any other games like valorant, overwatch, etc. I have updated all of my drivers -> graphic, d

• Were you able to play Minecraft Bedrock Edition earlier on this computer?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type: winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit Enter.

Minecraft Bedrock edition

My friend installed the free trial of Minecraft Bedrock Edition and after about a month he bought java edition and got a free code. After he redeemed it sent him to the Microsoft store where it told him to buy it even though he was logged in and when he
tried to type the code again it just says its already redeemed. When he launches Minecraft Bedrock it tells him to buy it again and there is no way to uninstall it. So he basically bought a game that he can't play (Java edition works).
