    Windows RESTARTS automatically after SHUTDOWN


    Please help. This issue has been bothering me for 2 days. My PC restarts after clicking on SHUTDOWN. No blue screens no errors, just plain defiance. I tried a lot of hardware steps so please don't suggest those.I did the basic steps like fast startup disabled, etc and even checked my PC Case power button cables and it still happened. I updated my BIOS, downgraded it, nothing happened. I then REINSTALLED a clean windows using media creation tool, and after installing the basic drivers etc, but it happened again. I then used a separate SSD from a different PC with Windows on it, and that worked
