Windows 10: Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service

I have enabled Windows module Installer and restarted the computer but Windows update failed to install. Also i cannot reset the computer or install a new windows Windows 11 Home 22H2,These are the errors given trying to update,2024-10 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 KB5044033 Install error - 0x800705b92024-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5044285Also I have run these:Select Start, and type CMD.Right-click Command Prompt; then, choose Run as administrator.If prompted, enter a username and pass

Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service is an error which may occur if you are trying to run the System File Checker tool (SFC /SCANNOW) to scan and repair Windows system files. To resolve this error, we suggest that you follow the
steps below:

• Press the Windows + R keys to open run command box.
• In the run command box, type services.msc, and press
  Enter.
• In the list of services, double click the Windows Modules Installer service.
• Set the startup type to Auto, and click OK.
• Restart your computer.
• After the restart, you'll be able to run the sfc /scannow command without any problems.
