Windows 10: Windows reports that the hardware of the device has changed, with error code 0xC004F211.

I need to replace my hardware specifically, my motherboard and processor because it was damaged by a voltage surge. I purchased the license from the Microsoft Store.I followed this method Use the Activation Troubleshooter:Go to Settings > Update & Security > Activation.If Windows is not activated, there will be an option to Troubleshoot. Click on it.The Activation Troubleshooter will try to detect the issue and fix it.I can select my computer and I clicked in activate,but it says you can not activate in this device please try it later. How can I do? Please helpMy license had been

hi there

my win 11 pro suddenly not activated ( activate window watermark appeared ) and the troubleshoot says (we weren't able to activate windows on this device )

with ( Windows reported that the hardware has changed 0xC004F211 ) error but still receiving updates

i updated bios before one week but i hadn't change any hardware

Error 0xC004F211 but I didn't change anything.

I got a new notebook. The OS is windows 10 Pro, it was activated. But after few hours, when I check the settings, it says that my windows is not activated. It says, "Windows reported that the hardware of your device has changed", but I didn't change anything. The error code is 0xC004F211. I tried to troubleshoot, but it didn't help.
