Windows 10: “Windows reported that the hardware of your device has changed. Error code: 0xC004F211”

When I press troubleshoot it says “We weren’t able to activate Windows on this device” then I press “I changed hardware on this device recently” and it brings me to a sign in window. I typed in my email enter the code and entered my password but it says “That password is incorrect” and now I changed the password and its not letting me used the new password to sign in because it says “Sign-in is blocked. You’ve tried to sign-in too many times with an incorrect account or password”

my win 11 pro suddenly not activated ( activate window watermark appeared ) and the troubleshoot says (we weren't able to activate windows on this device )

with ( Windows reported that the hardware has changed 0xC004F211 ) error but still receiving updates

i updated bios before one week but i hadn't change any hardware

I got a new notebook. The OS is windows 10 Pro, it was activated. But after few hours, when I check the settings, it says that my windows is not activated. It says, "Windows reported that the hardware of your device has changed", but I didn't change anything. The error code is 0xC004F211. I tried to troubleshoot, but it didn't help.

Here are the steps you can follow:

Check current Windows 11 license: Hold Windows+S > Type CMD > Run as administrator > Type the command slmgr.vbs /dli >Press Enter to run this command > Observe if the current key belongs to RETAIL channel > Assuming your key belongs to retail license, it could be deal with Phone Activation.

Phone activation：

At the same time, you can also activate your Windows 11 license through phone support. To do this, open the command prompt, Run as administrator, and type this command: slui 4

This will launch a new Windows activation window. Expand the drop-down menu to select your region where you will be able to call and provide an ID. Finally enter your ID and the local phone support confirmation ID.
