    hi there my win 11 pro suddenly not activated activate window watermark appeared and the troubleshoot says we weren't able to activate windows on this device with Windows reported that the hardware has changed 0xC004F211 error but still receiving updatesi updated bios before one week but i hadn't change any hardware thanx

    Error 0xC004F211 but I didn't change anything.

    I got a new notebook. The OS is windows 10 Pro, it was activated. But after few hours, when I check the settings, it says that my windows is not activated. It says, "Windows reported that the hardware of your device has changed", but I didn't change anything. The error code is 0xC004F211. I tried to troubleshoot, but it didn't help.

    Windows 10 Pro Activation - Hardware Change (0xC004F211)

    Error 0xC004F211, tried multiple methods and I'm unable to retrieve the key from my windows copy now that the activation is unavailable. Anyone knows some software to retrieve the key without powershell (empty read-out) and ProduKey. Really been trying to avoid the linux live usb method to retrieve the key that way from a reg file...

    Anyway "troubleshooter" either asks me to contact a administrator or doesn't show the "changed my hardware" link button to do the finishing step to fix this. I already am signed in with my microsoft account to which the license is linked to. (since my mobo and cpu swap the mobo in registered PC's it is noted as "to be filled by oem, guess that is the reason for the admin request")

    Been trying to fix this for 2 weeks and got several tickets waiting for "call from agent". I get why people download windows key activation tools illegally. Truly at a loss here.
