Windows 10: Windows RDP session keeps crashing frequently

Remote PC: Windows 11 23H222631.3085, wth two 2160p monitors.Local: any terminalsincluding any ordinary Win10 PC or ios RD client applicationWhenever I connect to remote PC via RDP, the PC will terminate the RDP session randomlycrashed interval from seconds to minutes, the eventlog shows WUDFVerifierFailure logs like this:It can be stablely reproduced and has kept happening for a long timeat least from last year, I thought Windows would uploadthe crash details to Microsoft and get it fixed but it seems not:

RDP session appears to be hanging up

I have a workstation that auto updated from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

I RDP into a Windows 2019 server daily.

As I am using the RDP session, several times a day things will become unresponsive. This ranges from the operating system not recognizing when I press the windows key to not being able to click on anything within my programs.

If I close the RDP session then reconnect, I am able to return to using my programs. Simple things like pressing the Windows Key work again to open the start menu.

My assumption is this is with the RDP system since if I close the session and connect a new one, things work again. The server OS is still functioning and my programs are still running.

Note: these computers are not part of a domain. I am using a simple Windows workgroup to network these two computers.

Any ideas or suggestions on where to look for the hangup? Could it be an incompatibility between the RDP client of Windows 11 and the Windows Server 2019 OS?

RDP had multiple active sessions

the other day i had this unusual issue where a user was using RDP to connect to their work machine and instead of joining the existing session they had from a previous day it created a new one whilst also keeping the old one active, this prompted the user to select which session they wanted to join although upon reading the EULA and other forum posts this shouldn't have been possible. The user logged into the same remote computer as they usually do and signed in with the same set of user credentials both to create the initial session and the new session, Anybody have any ideas what caused this and have any suggestions from potentially preventing it in the future?

The user's desktop was Windows 10 Pro 21H2 and the remote desktop was Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2 if that helps.

I have a video wall with 10 screens and I am using windows 10 enterprise, I can't span an RDP session to another screen it seems to be locked to the main screen
