Windows 10: Windows Powershell keeps opening and closing and tabbing out my games while I play

I was wondering if I could get help with this. I have tried almost everything and nothing has worked. I have tried disabling it, deleting it, and everything else I could think of. Its super annoying and frustrating to deal with.

Powershell keeps opening randomly.

Powershell keeps opening and closing randomly. It's super annoying when I'm trying to play a game and it tabs out of my game because of powershell. How can I stop this.

 

CMD And PowerShell Open And Close

I was playing a game and out of nowhere my game tabbed out and cmd flashed open and closed immediately and seconds later PowerShell did the same thing. I thought nothing of it so I kept playing and then it kept happening after every game. I haven't updated anything and i haven't changed any settings so I don't know what is causing it.
